According to the City of Waxahachie’s Facebook page, that spot is set to become home to Einstein Bros. Bagels and Cinnaholic. Construction looks to be moving along, but there’s no word yet on when they’ll open. Einstein Bros. is known for fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee — a go-to for mornings on the run. Cinnaholic, meanwhile, serves up gourmet cinnamon rolls and sweet treats that have built a loyal following across Texas. With Highway 77 being one of the busiest stretches in town, it’ll be nice to have more breakfast and snack options for the morning rush.
