Ellis County Veterinary Clinic Ribbon Cutting Set for Friday in Waxahachie
Ellis County Veterinary Clinic will celebrate its ribbon cutting Friday, May 22, at 2 p.m., marking another new local service for pet owners in our growing community.
The privately owned clinic opened in March and provides care for dogs and cats, including wellness exams, vaccinations, in-house diagnostics, routine procedures, parasite prevention and dental cleanings.
The clinic is led by Dr. Emanuel Panait and focuses on preventive, medical and urgent care. Pet owners can bring animals in for annual checkups, same-day concerns like vomiting or ear infections, or help managing ongoing health issues.
Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged and prioritized when available. Weekends are walk-in only, giving families another option when pet health issues do not fit neatly into the weekday schedule.
The opening comes as Ellis County continues to grow, bringing more families, more homes and, yes, more pets. That growth also means more demand for everyday services close to home — including veterinarians, doctors, specialists and other care providers.
For Waxahachie pet owners, Ellis County Veterinary Clinic adds another nearby option for both routine visits and those moments when something suddenly seems off with a dog or cat.
The ribbon cutting is scheduled for Friday, May 22, at 2 p.m.
