The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at J.W. Williams Gymnasium, located at 1000 N. Highway 77 in Waxahachie. Families will find backpack and school-supply distribution, food, community resource vendors, entertainment, activities and haircuts. The annual event is supported by sponsors, volunteers, community partners and donors working to help students begin the new school year prepared.
