A 3.95% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions, including those set up with AutoPay. Not a fan of fees? You've got options. You can dodge the extra charge by using an e-check online, mailing in a check, or paying with cash in person. Also, starting November 1, 2025, American Express will no longer be an accepted form of payment.
