Waxahachie Celebrated Fourth of July With Parade

Waxahachie marked Independence Day with a Fourth of July parade through the city Saturday morning.
Hundreds of people gathered in downtown Waxahachie and along city streets to watch, while many more took part in the parade as America celebrated its 250th birthday. The celebration brought plenty of red, white and blue to the city, with decorated vehicles, waving flags and crowds gathered for the holiday.
